Building a Thriving Community

To better serve the thousands of vulnerable children and families in need on the South Coast, ORCCA is building a community facility. The ORCCA facility will strengthen program integration, increase service capacity, and improve efficiency. The facility will include a Community Food Resource Center, a Head Start Classroom Building, and a Child and Family Resource Center.
